Montreal Girl Geek Dinner April -

April... Ah Spring is just around the corner and no better way to celebrate than spending time with girl geeks, discussing virtual work environments. Winter will be back upon us and you will be wishing you could work from home while your employer is telecommuting from the beach.

Bronwen Zande will be our "visiting" guest speaker for the April Montreal Girl Geek Dinner.

The subject of this month's talk will be on working in a virtual environment - in both setting up and maintaining a virtual office and managing geographically disparate teams. A focus will be given to the problems, solutions and benefits that Bronwen has seen from this kind of work structure.

Bronwen is Director of Soul Solutions, based in Brisbane, Australia and her primary focus is Microsoft Live and .NET development. She is a Windows Live Platform MVP and part of the core team that runs the ViaWindowsLive.com community site for Windows Live technologies. We'll be having a tapas night out with a pre-selected set up munchies being prepared so there will be a wide selection of treats. The cost for this meal will be in the $25 range.
