That was Adele McAlear using Seesmic prior to her presentation/demo at the September edition of the Montreal Girl Geek Dinners. The topic of the evening was Video Conversation Platforms: Building Community.
First off: Adele brought us up-to-speed on the brief but significant history of social media and its place as an important component of today's marketing tool box.
We were then guided through the features several video microblogging sites including, Seesmic, Phreadz (remains in private beta), 12seconds and Utterli (formerly Utterz).
Whether you are looking to have fun or want take microblogging to the next level, it's clear that if you film it it - they will comment.
Over the next few months you might even notice our very own blog employing Seesmic to deliver comments or start conversations.

Thanks so much for inviting me to speak on video conversation networks. I had blast showing attendees around these 4 platforms and helping them to understand these emerging communities.
